Luxe Tropo at Byron View Farm

Casey and Ben, along with their family and friends, travelled from Victoria to Byron View Farm for their special day.

The weather was touch and go but thankfully the rain held off long enough for a portrait session overlooking the stunning Byron hinterland.

The styling was beautifully minimalistic, fresh and tropical with the gorgeous white and green hues.

Once guests were under the clear marquee, Byron Bay put on a show with heavy rain and an incredible double rainbow.

What a pleasure it was to be a part of Casey and Ben’s special day.

A relaxed backyard bohemian affair

Lindsay & Matt tied the knot at the Riverwood Estate on the most idyllic Autumns day.

The relaxed backyard wedding in the stunning gold coast hinterland was the perfect setting to share in the love with their family and friends.

With the incredible flower arrangements created by Lindsay herself, the exquisite dress from Grace loves lace and butterflies fluttering throughout the gardens, this special day really fulfilled all our boho wedding dreams.

It was an absolute delight to capture all the love between these two.

It was a typical humid November day, so keeping hydrated was a priority for this bridal party. Thankfully there were plenty of coconuts to go around.

The day was oh so tropical with a modern luxe bohemian twist.

The newlyweds watched the sunset on their first day as man & wife from the Villa's rooftop.

Summer has arrived.

Palm trees, ocean breeze, salty air, sun kissed hair.

That endless summer, Made with Love & Emmy Mae have taken us there.

Summer love in the Cotswolds

Lauren & Dan tied the knot at the beautiful Cripps Barn in the English countryside this Summer.

We first met this lovely bride when she was photographing Terri's wedding (who also happens to be a photographer & shot Lauren's wedding >>> See Terri's day here.

It was a classic case of the wedding photographer becomes the bride, who then becomes a lifelong friend.

Watching their trailer back now gives us all the vibes.
What an honour it was to capture this sweet couple say forever.

Pastel perfect in Cambridgeshire

Katy & Jamie tied the knot this summer at the beautiful Chippenham Park in England's Cambridgeshire.

The summer garden made the perfect location to celebrate their love with friends & family.
Even the butterflies joined in on the celebration!

The picturesque ceremony was live painted by the talented Stephanie Struth. What a beautiful memento to have from your wedding day! I have a feeling we'll be seeing a lot more of this at future weddings.

The newlyweds then danced the night away alongside their loved ones under endless pastel bunting.

Gathering Blossom

This Spring we were delighted to be invited along to capture the behind the scenes of Firenza Floral Design's Gathering Blossom Workshop

Fiona Pickles (the talent behind Firenza) demonstrated how to create a large scale installation.
Attendees were then invited to head off into the tangle of fairytale woods, bushes & cow parsley to forage & create their own installations.

With exclusive access to the incredible Briarcourt, a large privately owned residence designed by Edgar Wood, a leading light in the Arts and Crafts Movement, attendees were no short of inspiration.

We all left incredibly inspired & with arms full of the most beautiful English grown flowers.

Harlow Carr Installation

It was a drizzly Spring Wednesday when Fiona from Firenza Floral Design & Rachel from Catkin Flowers teamed up to, as Fiona puts it, "just go crazy" at Yorkshire's RHS Harlow Carr Garden.

It was the lead up to British Flower Week & these two were inspired to create some magic just for the hell of it.

We, alongside Holly from Belle & Beau photography were invited to capture the stunning floral creation. & stunning it sure was!

An English Garden Wedding

Back in September we ventured over to Surrey to capture Claire & Tom tie the knot.

The ceremony took place in a quaint little Church of which the arch entry was beautifully decorated by the talented Jay Archer. The celebrations then continued on a private country estate set amidst acres of beautiful English gardens.

A big thanks to Katrina Otter who orchestrated the magic & kept a very cool head during the downpour.

A weekend in the Wild West

Victoria & Charlie spent a beautiful Autumns weekend in Ireland's Wild West celebrating their love with friends and family.

The couple tied the knot in a little seaside church by candlelight as the sun set over the quaint town of Roundstone
.
Guests then joined the newlyweds for freshly shucked Irish oysters & Guinness in the Fishermans Pub at Ballynahinch Castle followed by a night of dancing to traditional Irish music.

The following day the newlyweds set out to explore the amazing scenery that Connemara has to offer & we were there to capture it all.

Byron View Farm

We may be a little biased (as it's where we tied the knot some 4 years ago), but this little slice of heaven has got to be one of the best wedding venues around.

With 360 degree views overlooking the bay of Byron and its hinterland, it is understandably one of the most picturesque places to the tie the knot! Adding to it's seemingly endless charm, is the warm welcome from the resident dog on arrival.

In true Byron style, a summer storm arrived just as the sun was setting. But this didn't faze our couple who took a very chilled approach to their special day.

A big thanks to Natalie & Grant for having us along to capture all the magic!

This quaint little Irish town was the perfect location to celebrate their love amongst their nearest & dearest.

The traditional Catholic ceremony took place at their local church, followed by a bohemian inspired, Guinness fuelled celebration well into the early hours of the morning - in true Irish style!

A Beautiful Way

In September we were invited along to A Beautiful Way Fine Art Photography Workshop led by Naomi of Naomi Kenton Photography & Holly of Belle & Beau Photography - both internationally recognised as two of the UK's best fine art wedding photographers.

Attendees were treated to a wedding feast with beautiful floral arrangements by Firenza Floral Design, delicate gowns by Cherry Williams and an exquisite stationery suite from The Wells Makery

We were there to capture all of the behind the scenes action & while doing so, we've learnt some invaluable fine art skills which we have now applied to our film making.
